Detailed provisions governing legal rights, commercial licensing, and responsibilities when using RemoveSVG.com graphics services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, utilizing our browser-based conversion studio, or executing calls to the REST API endpoints of RemoveSVG.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

  • Full Copyright Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership and copyright over your source raster images and all resulting output files (SVG cubic bezier code, transparent PNG/WebP files, enhanced photographs).
  • Full Commercial Use (Royalty-Free): You are granted unrestricted rights to sell, license, distribute, or embed the generated SVG code in physical merchandise, CNC machinery, mobile applications, software templates, or commercial website designs without paying any royalty fees to RemoveSVG.
  • Input Asset Authorization: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights, licenses, and permissions for any graphic content uploaded to our platform. You may not upload third-party copyrighted materials without authorization.

3. Cloudflare D1 Credits System & Billing

Service utilization is metered through a secure credits ledger synchronized across our distributed Cloudflare D1 database:

Credit Consumption
Each successful image processing operation (Vectorization, AI Background Cutout, Sharpening) consumes the specified credit amount disclosed upfront before execution.
Zero Charge on Errors
If a conversion fails due to technical timeouts or incompatible formats, credits are automatically preserved or instantly refunded to your balance.
No Expiration
Purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely with no expiration dates as long as your account remains in active standing.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use RemoveSVG for any prohibited activities, including:

  • Uploading child sexual exploitation material, hate speech, violent extremism, or unlawful content under applicable international law.
  • Transmitting malicious payloads, steganographic malware, or exploit scripts embedded within image metadata (EXIF/XMP).
  • Initiating automated denial-of-service (DDoS) floods or vulnerability scanning against Cloudflare Edge infrastructure.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication tokens or tamper with credit balances in our distributed D1 database.

5. REST API Tiers & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For engineering teams and developers integrating via programmatic REST APIs:

  • Infrastructure Availability: We target 99.9% uptime backed by Cloudflare's global edge network across 300+ PoPs worldwide.
  • Rate Limiting: Standard API keys operate with dynamic rate limits (default 60 requests/minute). Requests exceeding allowances receive HTTP 429 Too Many Requests responses.
  • Key Security: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your API secret keys.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RemoveSVG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication delays or unforeseen network outages.

7. Governing Law & Support Contact

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication between the parties.
